I have known JJ since his RSAF days. He was my superior and one who never fails to take care of his subordinates. Sometimes even to the point of going beyond his duty. I enjoyed the sharing process by Ellie which gives me an overview of the types of protection one needs to secure over a lifetime. I like that Ellie reviewed my existing policies and assessed the shortfalls that I may have and recommended me policies that are beneficial to me :) She is also very detailed and explained in depth into the different policies that she recommended to ensure that I understand what I am getting out of it. She gave me a sense of assurance of what I am being protected against which is very important to me.
