We got acquainted with Rion through his father, a family friend. His forthcoming and approachable nature makes it very easy for us to ask him questions on insurance and policies, no matter how simple or silly they may be. He’s very professional when it comes to explaining the different jargons, yet he explains them in layman terms which makes it easier for us to understand. When my husband was hospitalised, he made time to pop by for a chat, which goes to show that he goes beyond his call of duty as an insurance agent. I enjoyed the sharing process by Ellie which gives me an overview of the types of protection one needs to secure over a lifetime. I like that Ellie reviewed my existing policies and assessed the shortfalls that I may have and recommended me policies that are beneficial to me :) She is also very detailed and explained in depth into the different policies that she recommended to ensure that I understand what I am getting out of it. She gave me a sense of assurance of what I am being protected against which is very important to me.
